How The 28 Day Food For Life Plan Works
You will be given an electronic copy of my 28 Day Food For Life Plan upon your investment. Everything you need to know, to change your habits, will be included in the Plan. 

The Plan starts with a 2 week food based Gut cleanse and re-balance that initially, and gradually reduces your intake of processed sugar, flour, alcohol and wheat products.
