upon your investment. Everything you need to know, to change your habits, will be included in the Plan.
The Plan starts with a 2 week food based Gut cleanse and re-balance that initially, and gradually reduces your intake of processed sugar, flour, alcohol and wheat products. This is where you will be encouraged to start thinking about new food choices. You will receive suggested meal choices and recipe’s to suit.
The following 2 weeks I emphasize a more strategic way of eating to cleanse your liver with foods that offer loads of vitamins, minerals, proteins and a balance of carbs and fats. You will then introduce those “sometimes” foods or beverages that we all like to have from time to time. I allow 4 opportunities a week to let your guard down to enjoy the pleasures that food and beverages offer us. This two weeks includes meal choice ideas and recipes to suit.
